The key ingredient you want to look for is the student/teach ratio. For ever teacher in the school, how many students are assigned? An acceptable ratio is 3:1…maybe even 4:1, but nothing higher than that! You want to get your needs addressed consistently throughout the school experience to have a better understanding of how to improve it.
