Workout Ball

You’ve seen these everywhere!  The big beach ball.  These balls can be used for everyday life, let alone for golf workouts.  These balls allow you to work your core stability from many different unstable positions very similar to your golf swing.

Dumbbells

A pair of dumbbells can be used for so many simple and very effective exercises.  Because they are “free weights”, you use them for some many natural movements unlike machines in the gym that are in a fixed range of motion. 

As you can see…doing a golf workout program doesn’t have to be greulling or ruin your game.  A simple, workout in your home in less than 20 minutes is all you need.  Now ACTION is what’s needed if you want to play better golf.
